Intro to Pole Dance Fitness

Mondays 5:45-7:00 pm

Learn basics spins and fundamentals of pole movement and choreography. This 75 min class is an introductory class designed for the basic beginner or someone who may only have taken 1-2 classes.
It gives an idea of the format and structure of our classes.
​Bring a sassy attitude and get ready to have fun!

Level 1: Pole Dance Fitness

Sundays 11:30-12:45 pm, Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 pm

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will learn basic spins, transitions and floor work and introduce fundamental movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
No Experience Necessary.

Level 2: Pole Dance Fitness

Tuesdays 6:00-7:15 pm

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will build on basic spins, transitions, floor work, fundamental movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirement: Completed Level 1: Pole Dance Fitness

Level 3: Pole Dance Fitness

Tuesdays 7:30-8:45 pm

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirement: Completed Level 1 and 2: Pole Dance Fitness

Level 4: Pole Dance Fitness

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week (s). In the 75 minute class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirements: Completed Level 1, 2 and 3: Pole Dance Fitness.

Level 5: Pole Dance Fitness

Sundays 10:00-11:30 am

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In the 75 minute class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirements: Completed Levels 1-4: Pole Dance Fitness.

FabPole

Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm

The beautiful combination of Pole Dancing & Aerial Fabric/Silks. Founder Leesi L'Ru paired 2 apparatus to give the best of both worlds.

Trapfit

Monday 7:15-8:15 pm

​This workout uses low-flying professional level trapezes for cardio, deep core & full body strengthening.

Aerial Yoga (NEW!)

Sundays 1:15-2:15 pm, Thursdays 7:00-8:00 pm

Aerial Yoga is a hybrid of a yoga class and an aerial hammock class. This class incorporates strengthening and stretching components of yoga and excitement of flying and swinging of aerial hammock. Please bring a yoga mat.

Aerial Bootcamp (NEW!)

Thursdays 5:45-6:45 pm

Aerial Boot Camp is a strength and conditioning class designed especially for pole and aerial enthusiasts. This is a 60 min workout focusing on strengthening arms, shoulders and abs! Please bring a yoga mat.

Pricing

All Class Passes are valid for 90 Days (excluds the 1 Month Pass which is valid for 30 days) Aerial Yoga Passes must be purchsed as individual passes. All class passes are non-refundable.
