Aerial Yoga is a hybrid of a yoga class and an aerial hammock class. This class incorporates strengthening and stretching components of yoga and excitement of flying and swinging of aerial hammock. Please bring a yoga mat.

Elevate your fitness level with aerial conditioning
Expect to use most or all of our equipment in this class designed for resistance training and core strengthening. Come tighten your core and work your upper body with our silks, , aerial hoop, aerial hammock. Aerial Conditioning is topped off with some deep stretching to improve your flexibility.
You will learn beautiful manoeuvres and shapes while spinning on a large metal hoop suspended in the air.
You can create amazing and beautiful poses and routines on the aerial hoop.
There are both single point and double point aerial hoops that can be set at different heights off the floor.
You’ll learn at your own pace and level. You will learn various ways to mount the aerial hoop and poses using the aerial hoop.
Beginners start off learning the basics of spinning and the basic ways to get up and down onto the aerial hoop / lyra. Once comfortable with this, they will progress on to harder and more advanced moves.
