Intro to Pole Dance Fitness

Monday 5:45-6:45 pm

Learn basics spins and fundamentals of pole movement and choreography. This 75 min class is an introductory class designed for the basic beginner or someone who may only have taken 1-2 classes.
It gives an idea of the format and structure of our classes.
​Bring a sassy attitude and get ready to have fun!

Level 1: Pole Dance Fitness

Sunday 10:00-11:15 am, Wednesday 6:45-8:00 PM

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will learn basic spins, transitions and floor work and introduce fundamental movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
No Experience Necessary.

Level 2: Pole Dance Fitness

Tuesday 5:30-6:45 PM

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will build on basic spins, transitions, floor work, fundamental movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirement: Completed Level 1: Pole Dance Fitness

Level 3: Pole Dance Fitness

Monday 8:15-9:30pm

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In this 75 min class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirement: Completed Level 1 and 2: Pole Dance Fitness

Level 4: Pole Dance Fitness

Tuesday 7:00-8:15 PM

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week (s). In the 75 minute class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirements: Completed Level 1, 2 and 3: Pole Dance Fitness.

Intermediate Pole Tricks L 5-8

Thursday 8:15-9:30 PM

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In the 75 minute class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirements: Completed Levels 1-4: Pole Dance Fitness.

Advanced Pole Tricks L 5-8

Saturday 11:00- 12:15 PM

Level Classes are in 8 week sessions that build each week on the previous week(s). In the 75 minute class you will build on spins, transitions, floor work, movement and choreography. Each class starts with a fitness based warm up.
Requirements: Completed Levels 1-5: Pole Dance Fitness.

Liquid Motion

Thursdays 5:30-6:45 PM

Explore fundamental, fluid, floor work movement methods and sequences.

Pricing

All Class passes have a limited time use, valid and redeemable from the date of purchase, 2 week unlimited pass is valid for 14 days, 1 month pass is valid for 30 days and all other passes are valid for 90 days. All class passes are non-refundable.
