First Flight Intro Series
This series of classes introduces you to all of the aerial apparatus, Lyra, Fabric, Dance Trapeze and Sling
This is a 4 class series that meets once a week for 60 minutes
Please wear clothing that covers the under arm and behind the knee.
First Dance Intro Series
This series of classes introduces you to Pole Fitness.
This is a 4 class series that meets once a week for 60 mins
We teach beginner static pole spins and put together a sequence with choreography, spin pole sequence and Liquid Motion (floor flow movement)
